Skyeology's Policies

At Skyeology client safety and satisfaction is our number one priority. These policies have been carefully thought over to provide every client with that while still maintaining the integrity of our business. 

Deposits: All appointments require a deposit to be made prior to securing the appointment. The deposit does go towards the overall cost of the service and is transferrable for one reschedule (as long as the reschedule was made at least 12 hours in advance). The deposit is non-refundable unless a cancellation occurs and we are at fault.

Late Policy: Each appointment is allotted a certain amount of time for the esthetician to complete it. Being on time ensures that you as the client have the ability to receive the full service. With that being said we completely understand life happens and that is okay. Please try to reach out to us in advance so that we are aware and can discuss any changes that may need to be made.

Cancellation/No-Show Policy: All cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance. Anything under 12 hours will consider a late cancellation and will be subjected to a $30 fee. A no-showed appointment will be subjected to a $30 fee. We understand things happen so please try to communicate with us. After two late cancellations/no-shows you will be required to pay for the entire service up front before securing an appointment. If any last minute cancellation occur and we are at fault we will take $30 off your next service. 

Rescheduling: If you need to rescheduled it has to be done within 12 hours of the original appointment time. If you reschedule in less then 12 hours you will forfeit your original deposit and must make a new one prior securing your next appointment.

Refunds: All services are non-refundable once rendered. If you are unsatisfied with your service please contact us within 48 hrs of your appointment so that we can make the necessary accommodations. Any thing past 48 hours will not be considered so please communicate with us as soon as possible. 

Guest: Due to limited space no guest are allowed in the room while you are being serviced. 

Minors: Clients younger than 16 must have a guardian present during the entire appointment. Clients that are 16-17 must have a guardian present at the beginning of the service only.

Men Services: All male services that fall under the "Male Brazilian" menu have to be manually approved.  After booking you will receive a questionnaire. This form must be filled out before approval will be granted.
